ASHES TO STARDUST

Set between the end of the Clone Wars and the Empire's rise to power, this verse is a crossover between Star Wars, Halo, Metal Gear, Call of Duty, and select muses from various other fandoms.

Things have come to a head during the events of the Clone Wars, and the Emergency Powers Act has led to the ultimate collapse of democracy. With Palpatine remaining in power, and the people's faith in the Jedi all but lost (especially after the execution of Order 66), a new governing body has taken over the Galactic Senate. This new order, aptly named the Galactic Empire, has given the rise to minor pockets of resistance who deny this Empire's view of peace through oppressive militaristic action.

At the head of it all stands a rebellion group of Myths who, living their short victory against the Separatists from their home world of Fantasma, now operate from scattered settlements after the glassing of their planet. Individuals such as the likes of Rayn Wilder (and by extension, her agency), Octavia Abara, the outcast experiments known as S.W.O.R.D.S, and various others all work together, and with other resistance groups, to fight back against this newfound tyranny.

Likewise, those involved directly with the Clone Wars, and the former Republic, now find themselves scattered and networking to increase their likelihood of survival and success. Former Jedi, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, find themselves allied with the Myths (in his case, alongside the remnant Council of Guardians) and operating from the shadows beside them. Members of Clone Force 99, alternatively known as the Bad Batch, also find themselves allied with outcast groups, providing armed services and mercenary work where available. Task Force 141, and their competing Shadow Company PMC, find themselves at a head when the latter betrays the former, turning their services to this newfound Empire while leaving the straggling crew scrambling to establish a game plan. They ultimately come into contact with Wilder's Agency, and through this alliance, also ally with the S.W.O.R.D.S, who have caught the attention of an independent military group, the Diamond Dogs. Venom Snake is sent by his allies to make contact with the former Imperial scientist, Margarita Alacan, and the pair work to make use of the leaked data provided by Dr. Alacan, Wilder's Agency, and other pertinent parties. Former military members, such as König and "Ghost" Antonia Perryman, now offer their arms where needed, though their allegiance is more independent than those aforementioned.

One such party is a band of former Imperials, or those who were allied with the Imperials but have since defected or been ostracized by the powers that be. This includes several Sith, such as the Second Sister, former Inquisitor for Darth Vader, and Dathomir brothers Savage and Darth Maul. This also includes the Second Sister's praetorian guard, the Spartan Blue Team.

Another party includes the likes of famed bounty hunter Boba Fett, and his independent township of Mos Espa, as well as those who have since pledged their allegiance (or offered their services) to the uprising Daimyo.

Similarly, various independent contractors face their own agendas in the grand scheme of things. Rebellion-allied hacktivist Bailey Hill and her brother, Maxwell, both find themselves providing various services to Wilder's Agency. Imperial-allied assassin Mikhail Lupin and his protégé, Valeriya, target individuals on both sides of the new war, depending on the price put on the table. Various Mandalorians, such as the likes of Din Djarin and Paz Vizsla, find themselves also involved as hopes of reclaiming their homeworld emerge. Likewise, former Death Watch member Apollyon finds herself back in the arms of the Covert after an affair with the Imperial military.

At the end of the day, regardless of motivation, a new rebellion is forming, and it just may turn the tide before things reach the point of no return.

BRAVE NEW WORLD

After Phineas’ first success at reviving a colonist (Holly), she is sent out to see what has happened to the colony in hope of beginning to fix it, while Phineas puts his efforts into continuing to try and revive the Hope’s colonist. He has just enough components to revive a second colonist by the name of Artemis. Together, they and Holly go off to try and take the fight to the Board.

Unbeknownst to them all, Phineas’ tampering accidentally sets loose several other cryopods on the Hope. Piper and Octavia make a daring escape from the ship via a shuttle and manage to find their way to the Groundbreaker. Meanwhile, after picking up Parvati, the crew of the newly acquired Unreliable progress to the Groundbreaker, where they meet with Gladys and run into Flotsam and Vicar Maximilian DeSoto. Holly recognizes Flotsam and inquires about why he’s here, and after learning that he’s come to meet with a very well-known (if infamous) mechanic and chemist named Valentina, the two decide to join Holly and Artemis on their quest. They meet Valentina, as well as Holly’s old friends Octavia and Piper. They’re alerted to go visit Monarch and Tina, Tavi, and Piper join the crew. Likewise, they also end up picking up Felix on the way out. While on Monarch, they visit Fallbrook and meet Fran, who ends up joining their adventure. At some point, the crew fixes up SAM and ventures off to Gorgon after receiving a mysterious package via parcel delivery service.

While the Unreliable crew bounces around the system, the Board has its own agenda. Sophia Akande grows to be rather friendly with a courteous courier, Lucien, who frequently delivers packages and documents to her. Additionally, she sends out a hand of hers (also named Lucien, but not the same person) to try and establish business ties with the Takamura Sisters—a major company in the system that has thus far avoided joining the board. While they push their agenda, the Takamura Sisters have their own, and send over an agent by the name of Psyche to attend one of Chairman Rockwell’s upper class assemblies to gather information.

And as luck would have it, she catches a little more of the Chairman than she bargained for.

CAMINO AL INFIERNO

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, intertwines the lives of numerous people—and in no way are any of these new connections good.

Ignacio Varga, a low-level man in a major cartel operation, meets the infamous information specialist and independent peddler, the Teller. What starts off as a business relationship becomes personal after she visits his father's auto body shop and the two embark on a wild, secretive romance. Meanwhile, sleazy lawyer Jimmy McGill and his new wife Kim find themselves in the pocket of some of Nacho's most dangerous rivals. After seeing her old employer murdered in cold blood after Lalo Salamanca is thought to be dead, she ends up going to a private investigator named Rayn she's become fast friends - and perhaps something more with.

In an effort to try and protect her and Jimmy, Mike Ehrmantraut tracks her down to check on her, now employed by Nacho's original boss to try and crush the competition and keep everything from getting out into the open. He ends up meeting the PI's bodyguard and security officer, Sushi, and developing something of an awkward friendship and alliance with her to try and keep everything safe and under control.

And caught in the middle of it all is Rayn—who really just came to Albuquerque to try and catch a serial killer she's been chasing for twenty years. Unfortunately, the Red Stripes Killer is making a resurgence, and this time, he's not alone anymore.

CASHING OUT & CHIPPING IN

After being ejected from his job at Arasaka due to an assassination ploy getting leaked, Vincent Hale adapts to a life on the street with the help of his friend Jackie Welles, a member of the Valentinos and a seasoned merc of the Night City underground. With Jackie’s help, Vincent manages to scrape together a decent life for himself as a merc and gains a few connections through him as well. After being approached with a job by the renowned fixer Dexter DeShawn, as well as DeShawn’s client, Evelyn Parker, Vincent and Jackie end up plotting to steal a prototype data chip from the renowned heir to the Arasaka empire, Yorinobu Arasaka. Unfortunately, the mission goes sideways when the two end up being witnesses to the murder of the megacorporation’s founder at his son’s hands, and barely escape with their lives. Jackie flatlines as a result of injuries sustained during the heist and hands the chip to Vin before dying in hopes that he’ll at least be able to finish the contract for himself. Vin makes it back to DeShawn only to be betrayed by his fixer and shot in the head.

Fortunately, the chip grants him a second wind as he’s saved by the late Saburo’s bodyguard, Goro Takemura, who is hoping to get some answers as to the true nature of Saburo’s death, not believing his son’s claims of it being a random poisoning. Takemura manages to take Vin back to his friend and trusted ripperdoc, Viktor Vector. Thanks to Dr. Vektor, Vin survives at the cost of realizing that the chip is slowly overwriting his consciousness and that he has very limited timed before the engram on the chip. To add to his struggle, the engram on the chip reveals itself to be none other than Johnny Silverhand, the rockerboy and infamous terrorist responsible for the destruction of the Night City Arasaka Tower in 2023. Now caught between a seemingly endless series of internal and external conflicts, Vin races against the clock to find answers and a cure to his progressively deteriorating condition before it’s too late. In the end, he strikes a deal with the very same corporation that ousted him and spends months on an Arasaka orbital station receiving treatment after undergoing a successful operation to remove the chip. However, he learns that, despite their efforts, he still only has six months to live. While the news hits Vin hard, he’s accumulated quite a mass of characters and friends to back him up on his journey for survival, and they won’t let him go down alone or without a fight.

DAMNATIO MEMORIAE

This verse is a crossover between FAITH: The Unholy Trinity, DOOM, Disco Elysium, Resident Evil, Far Cry 5, Rainbow Six: Siege, and potentially other fandoms. This is also a sub-verse within V; READINGS OF THE DAMNED.

While Gary's newly expanded cult continues their efforts to bring about the Second Death, the ripples of his actions have begun to spread, and thus bring about a series of chain reactions (while some, naturally, find themselves at the wrong place at the wrong time).

During his first attempt to bring about the Second Death, Gary's sacrifices have caught the attention of former Marine Bruno Józef Blazkowicz III. After the cult took his wife and children from him, there was only one goal in the soldier's mind: Rip and Tear. Pursuing the cult with the intent to kill, he follows the demon Astaroth into his labyrinth, only to be led through an unsuspecting portal to hell. After an intense bout of fighting with the UNSPEAKABLE's dukes, Bruno is taken down and sealed into a sarcophagus as "a warning to all of Hell that he should never be released". Unfortunately for Gary, the Doom Slayer has been reawakened. Somewhere in the confusion of it all, Hell opens itself, allowing Dr. Arthur Harcourt to begin truly researching the powers of Hell and the supernatural in hopes of harnessing it for himself. In this journey, he discovers the lost Marine, making contact with him and aiding him in his ascent from the underworld (where, during the process, he earns the title "The Slayer" for his brutality and effectiveness in killing the UNSPEAKABLE's legions). On the surface once more, Bruno and Harcourt (and his wife, Elsa Wolcott) work together to piece everything together.

At some point, after a brief separation related to this research, Bruno discovers Harcourt deceased and the research missing. With little interest in the scientific pursuits, and the main source of his grievances now out of his way, Bruno decides to set his sights back on Gary's cult, having learned of their newfound strength within the community. With little standing in his way, and a plethora of potential allies by his side (should he follow the leads), Bruno has once more set himself on the warpath.

On the opposite side of things, the investigation into Gary's cult has come to something of a standstill.

The Church turned its back on the endeavor when their top members (and a nun by the name of Amity) were taken. Local cops had dipped their toes into the matter, though investigations into a supposed front (the reproductive health clinic owned by Gary Miller) ceased when one of their own was killed in a confrontation with the cult's members. This death led to the spiral of a lead detective, Harrier Du Bois, and his resignation from the precinct. Going on a suicidal bender, he ended up at the doorsteps of Rayn Wilder and her private agency, where he was nursed back to health and put on a path of recovery. The remnants of the Major Crimes Unit (MCU) took the brunt of punishment, with Judit Minot leaving shortly after the confrontation (out of disappointment for her commanding officer, and out of fear that she'd been complicit in the detective's death). Jean Vicquemare stuck around, outsourcing Harry's caseload to Lieutenant Kim Kitsuragi, hoping that he would find evidence that the detective is alive. But when Kim also turns his back on the precinct, Jean can't help but feel that enough is enough, and he too leaves after an argument ensues with the police captain. Through some road or another, the members of the MCU end up employed with the Wilder Detective Agency, practicing in private and without the suffocating strands of red tape holding them together.

Likewise, members of the FBI and international organizations have found their attention focused on this small American town. Wishing to avoid an all-out siege, and draw "unnecessary media attention", the federal government sends in an elite team of FBI agents to infiltrate the cult and take in its leader. Unfortunately, this team ends up in the grasping hands of the cult, and this then inspires the government to use any connections it has. First, they try their hand sendNext, they send in Leon S. Kennedy, a valued member of an elite defense task force, to rescue the team and gain insight into what is happening. During this process, two things are discovered: The cult appears to be using bio-organic weapons (BOWs), and a long lost-ally has found herself working for a shadow organization. Former Umbrella researcher Albert Wesker has found himself most fascinated in the raw power of Gary's cult, and has willingly abandoned his time in hiding to investigate and experience the Second Death for himself. Through proving his devotion (though for his own reasons, and not a genuine belief), Wesker has found himself with unspeakable power. Rescuing Clementine just after the FBI team has been extracted from the cult, alongside a team of German federal agents (GSG-9) sent on their own mission unrelated to the cult's mission, the two rendezvous at Wilder's agency. Reports begin to spread, and the government realizes that things have gotten out of hand. So, they send in members of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA) to collaborate with the ground team. And, hearing the news travel through underground groups, former Umbrella member Carlos Olieveira finds himself traversing back to the States in an attempt to reunite himself with fellow Raccoon City survivor Jill Valentine.

Across town, groups of civilians finds themselves recuperating after a series of unfortunate events.

Klaasje was a close friend to Tiffany and Lisa, though after the former's attempt to bring about the UNSPEAKABLE on her own, she knew that she could not risk an even larger target on her back. The Hardie boys fought well to vacate the apartment complex they'd called home, but unfortunately suffered a great loss when the cult attempted to keep their secrets hidden. Titus, Klaasje, and a few others have found themselves at the feet of the Takamura sisters, a pair of myths with an expansive underground network. To make up for her lost documentation, Klaasje began taking on work for the sisters, whilst Titus found himself drinking away his grief. Similarly, former Hope County deputy Marion Scott Mitchell has found himself, his partner (Ellie), and her child (Thomas) settling into the town in hopes of recovering from the hell that Eden's Gate bestowed upon them. Of course, things couldn't be so straightforward, and now Marion has once again picked up the mantle and is willing to fight tooth and nail for their survival.

Likewise, a pair of assassins finds themselves entangled in the club's atmosphere. Valeriya Khorkin was sent by an unknown power to assassinate Klaasje. Lucas, however, was hired as a protective hand. The two clash under pulsating neon lights, and find themselves lost for words as they realize that they've finally found one another after all these years.

All in all, Wilder's Detective Agency has experienced quite the surge in employment, and seems to be the only power able to attempt stopping the Second Death before it is too late.

FATHER OF REVELATIONS

After narrowly escaping the clutches of a cult back in Connecticut, a woman named Lisa insists on moving out into the quiet countryside to try and find peace working closely with good neighbors and livestock. Unbeknownst to her, the demon she was possessed by is now bound to her and follows her out into the wilds of Hope County, Montana.

Meanwhile, a freshly discharged soldier who has lost direction in life and a wandering mercenary seeking a purpose in life also stumbles into the county, and just like her, takes several wrong steps and ends up in the clutches of the cult.

A couple of deputies arrive with a US marshal to try and finally put an end to the Project at Eden’s gate, but of the many pockets of resistance members, only a meager few survive in the end. All the heralds themselves survive with the help of their partners and, following the normal course of the game wherein the Deputy destroys all of their bunkers, they retreat to take refuge with Joseph and survive the events of New Dawn.

GENESIS

This verse follows the standard flow of Far Cry: New Dawn, with the exception that all the heralds are alive and thriving in New Eden.

New Edeners tend to mind their own business and thrive on their own, save for when the Highwaymen come around. A few, like Joseph, spare kindness and charity to the Scavengers where they can, and in the end, the two factions form an alliance to try and take down Mickey and Lou.

GOT MY SIGHTS ON YOU

Taking place during the events of the Mythic War (lore established by Vendetta), the world's official and private military forces work together to prevent the outbreak of a proper world war. The United States military works closely with its allies in Europe, thus rekindling the partnership between the likes of Kate Laswell and Captain John Price, with each respectively offering their finest and creating a joint task force.

Price, of course, selects Simon "Ghost" Riley, Johnny "Soap" MacTavish, and Kyle "Gaz" Garrick for the task at hand.

Kate enlists the aid of Karen Bowman, a fellow handler within the CIA, during this process, who calls upon her trusted team of Ghosts to aid the 141 in their missions. Initially, these Ghosts comprise Antonia "Nomad" Perryman, Dominic "Holt" Moretta, Conray "Weaver" Ward, and Rubio "Midas" Delgado, though will eventually come to encompass the likes of Elias Walker, his two sons, and Keegan Russ.

Likewise, Bowman and Laswell reach out across the table to their FBI counterparts, who send in Kate Holt-Abernathy, Percival Wagner, Luka Juliani Gambino-Bianchi, and Jason Storm.

On the European side of things, the German government provides the aid of their top GSG-9 operatives, and extend the branch out to the rest of Rainbow's arsenal should the team require.

Throughout the events of the war, this joint task force will eventually acquire the aid of the Diamond Dogs, Shadow Company, and a few independently contracted operators, such as Johannes “König” Auer.

Of course, the likes of Maverick Clawdio, however, decide to place bets on orchestrating the devastation and profiting off of the carnage. He forms a business partnership with Vladimir Makarov, a human ultranationalist with focus on capsizing Western civilization. Associates of both, such as Artyom Chechyotikov and Koga Yoshida, pledge themselves to this cause, and ultimately work to extend their partnership to the likes of the mad scientist Andromeda Zaccarian, attempting to make use of her S.W.O.R.D.S in accomplishing their goals.

Once truths begin to come to light about the nature of this "war", a plethora of Mythic-based organizations will join arms with the human militants, such as Wilder's Detective Agency, the escaped S.W.O.R.D.S, and members of the greater Fantasmal Forces.

Other independent actors, naturally, take advantage of the chaos and work to fulfill their own agendas, but if there's one thing we know about war... it's that it never changes.

THE NEW SCORE

Throughout the events of GTA V, our characters face a series of changes and a series of blossoming relationships.

Trevor hooks up with a local arms and drugs dealer he works with. Following Amanda leaving him, Michael gets a legal divorce and Dave tries to cover him by letting him connect with a new girl and her kid. Dave and Steve, desperate to keep tabs on Michael and keep up in the arms race with the IAA call in a reliable unit from Liberty City to help out, and Dave takes a liking to one of them. Meanwhile, Steve accidentally hooks up with a notoriously wanted international criminal and ends up in a whole song and dance with her to get his mother off his back about being 40 and single. Because it’s Steve.

With this series of connections, things get infinitely more complicated for both the Unholy Trinity and the government agents trying to keep tabs on them. There are also some cameos from GTA IV characters.

NUCLEAR FAMILY

200 years after the bombs fell, a mother and a father awaken in two separate vaults facing one common problem: their families are dead, their children have been taken, and it’s up to them to find them. Shepard Fleming and Delphine Riviere cross paths at the Starlight Drive-In, where several of Delphine’s comrades (Piper, Holly, and Octavia) have taken residence and offered to assist them any way they can by forming the Starlight Brigade. The settlement is small at first, consisting of only them and a couple other misplaced souls, including Asriel, Tomo, Wendy, and Orisa. After establishing that their goals are the same, they decide to embark on a quest to find their children, who they deduce have been taken from the same man.

On their travels, they encounter and assist the last of the Minutemen and begin helping reinstate their settlements. Unbeknownst to them, the man they are looking for has been right in front of them the whole time. Upon confronting Kellogg, they realize he has been with Holly the whole time after she follows him to the fort and confronts him about the accusations. While she convinces them to spare him in exchange for more support, the two separate for a long while. Eventually, Kellogg tries to make amends by assisting them in their search, albeit from a distance.

While the main quest line progresses, a Brotherhood Soldier by the name of Lý Phan enters the Commonwealth, driven East by the loss at the second battle of Hoover Dam. She joins Paladin Danse, regaining confidence under his rank and exploring the Commonwealth. On more than one occasion, they encountered the Starlight Brigade, and it was deduced that they would not have a good relationship with the Brotherhood. However, Lý soon realized the corruption within the Brotherhood after learning that her CO was a synth himself. She refused to execute him and took him to the Railroad, where her pleas moved a synth among them to convince them to help. The Railroad ended up having ties to the Starlight Brigade, to which Piper, Noemi, and Lý helped Danse move with a small group up to a settlement near the drive-in run by Octavia. Octavia’s Garden, also known as the Cabbage Patch, became a well-known safe haven for synths and orphaned children–well-protected by the blossoming relationship between the Minutemen and the Brigade.

Still, as this went on, Elder Maxson himself had his own business in communicating with the sole occupant of the local space station. What started out as an attempt to investigate the station turned into a well-kept secret of sorts between him and a quiet astronaut from before the war named Luna.

In their quest for their children, Shepard and Delphine locate the Institute and destroy it. The result leads many Synths now without purpose to wander the Commonwealth seeking assistance, including a former Courser who used to be the lover of now ex-knight of the Brotherhood/mercenary who finds her. The Institute’s absence also allows the Minutemen to help patrol and protect the Commonwealth, and the Brigade to continue its humanitarian efforts.

READINGS OF THE DAMNED

The end of the world is approaching, and Gary Miller will do everything he can to bring about the Second Death. This time, though, he will ensure it is done by any means necessary.

Following the failed attempt to use Miriam Bell as a Vessel, Gary has set his sights on the younger Amy Martin.

Father John Ward and Father Garcia have done all they could to attempt to stop the Second Death. Yet even with their best efforts, the pair fail to take down Gary Miller, and both are taken in under the wing of his cult.

John becomes something of a pet project to the cult leader, as his holy status makes him a valuable asset in the grand scheme of things. Crushing his faith would do well to inspire others, and to inspire the priest to give in to those inklings of acceptance he feels in his gut. Those feelings that God and His people could not give him. Over time, John finds himself turning his back on the holy path, and accepts the teachings offered by Gary and his cult (and, in the process, finds himself enamored with the beloved leader). This grants him the opportunity to become a heralding figure within the cult, and the opportunity to reunite once more with his childhood flame, Lisa Pearson.

All the while, Father Garcia is left to the devices of one of the cult's other prominent figures: Miriam Bell, the Mother of All Demons. A man of his age is harder to crack, though not entirely impossible. In fact, it is seeing John's denouncement of the Lord that ultimately breaks him; that shows him there really is no higher power among them. He, like John, submits himself to the overwhelming feelings brought on by the cult. He, also like John, becomes a pet project of Miriam Bell's that leads to the duo forming an unusual, though unbreakable, bond.

Between the indoctrination of the two priests, Alastor Rosales and Elsa Wolcott both find themselves lead to the apartments by their own demons.

A peculiar entity, lovingly named Roger, has bound itself to Elsa whilst she was attempting to reclaim the research Dr. Harcourt stole from her. Roger becomes a sort of protector to the researcher, going far as to kill Harcourt as he makes his own attempt on Elsa's life. Realizing what must be done, the demon guides her to the apartments and urges her to stay and receive help from Lisa Pearson, who aids the woman (and the spirit of Andy) in settling in. Now within a hub of demonic activity, Elsa can begin to piece together the research once more, and potentially discover a way to bring her son back to life.

Alastor's case is far more simplistic. Rather than a physical manifestation, Alastor is brought to the cult's doorstep to escape the past he'd lived overseas. With an infant daughter to care for, and a lucrative career that pays well enough, Alastor sought out a more affordable alternative to his current situation. Hence, when there was a vacancy at the apartment complex, he gladly signed the lease. Of course, the catch was that there was something... peculiar about the landlord. And several tenants. Nothing that seemed dangerous, but there was enough suspicion to go around. Luckily, it had seemed Alastor had really found a home. Somewhere he, being a demon, would find it incredibly easy to settle into (because, as it turns out, the landlord is ALSO a demon). Through his time navigating the traumas of his past, the state of his being, and his role as a father, Alastor seems to finally be on the right path for himself and for Alma.

With things coming to a head, there's no telling what the fate of the world will be.

THE RIFTS THAT JOIN US

The world is once again in turmoil. The threat of siege by a demon army makes itself known, and so rises the Inquisition to combat it. It's not an immediate solution, however. The Inquisition's return is met with criticism, skepticism, and pessimism. Especially when it comes to light that Feynrith Lavellan, an elf from the war-torn land of Freemarches, is declared the Herald of Andraste and the Inquisitor.

Despite the push back and the challenges, Feynrith manages to amass quite a collection of skilled fighters willing to rally for the cause of saving the world, including an empathetic ghost, the Iron Bull and his Chargers, an elf hunter with an impressive bloodline of warriors, a group of wandering feral women living amongst wolves, and their dragon companion.

RISING ROYALTY

A crossover AU between Far Cry 3, 4, SCP, and Resident Evil, and somewhat of a follow-up to the World in the Palm of Your Hand Verse.

A long-standing era of the development and usage of Bio-Organic Weapons has plagued the Earth, with various outbreaks occurring over the decades. All the while, an independent contractor named Mikhail maintains close ties to the Russian government and Neo-Umbrella to gather information on the B.O.Ws and their trade on the Black Market. His star pupil, Valeriya, is sent out to infiltrate the operations of the BSAA and DSO, and to assassinate those who threaten the dealings of the underground B.O.W market. Similarly, independent organizers Alexey and Roman work to assassinate key government heads in the Eastern Slavic Republic and fuel the revolution. In 2011, the East Slavic Civil War has come to a head and forces the independent organizers to flee to Romania once the Russian government overtakes the republic. Prior to their withdrawal, family secrets among the two organizations come to light, and a brief alliance is maintained between Mikhail and Alexey. Also, during her time in Eastern Europe, Valeriya meets a ghost from her past: Lucas. Down the line, Mikhail’s own operation comes under questioning with rumors of Umbrella operations in Romania, and it is then that Val, Mikhail, and Lucas relocate to the outskirts of the country.

During their dealings with Hoyt in the mid-2010s, Yuma meets Piper, and the two end up developing a friendship of sorts, even keeping contact via letters after the royal siblings return to Kyrat. The two eventually lose contact after Piper finally finishes her work with Hoyt and returns home.

Meanwhile, after being successfully ousted from his well-cushioned throne in Kyrat by his step-son Ajay and his partner Magnolia, Pagan Min and his sister Yuma head West for the States. They end up needing to stop in Romania to refuel and Pagan takes a liking to the small village they’re fueling up by. He decides to explore the local area and attracts the interest of Alcina Dimitrescu and the four families, who are, unbeknownst to them, at the center of an investigation by the SCP Foundation. The two end up in a romantic relationship. When the Foundation realizes how large this investigation is, they enlist the aid of Leon S. Kennedy, a “golden boy” agent within the DSO. His work with the Foundation lands him in the crosshairs of Clementine, a dedicated MTF agent and unknown anomaly. Meanwhile, the involvement of the American government has only added fuel to the fire of Alexey’s operations, and it is here that Roman is tasked with tracking and assassinating Candice Black, a dedicated MTF agent and known anomaly.

However, things backfire as his infiltration of the Foundation reveals that the two are more alike than imaginable, and it is here that Roman finds the woman capturing his heart. Heisenberg finds himself occupied with Holly, who has been traveling the world on a vacation, and she reunites Piper and Yuma after inviting her friend to join her on vacation after Piper’s 3-year long midlife crisis back home. Seeing that one of Hoyt’s major contacts is on the move, Willis and Sam are pulled from Rook and Kyrat and moved to Romania to gather intel when they are inevitably caught up in an unrelated SCP incident and moved into Celeste’s investigation unit. While Willis and Celeste develop an attachment to each other, their plan to get close to the family heads backfires when Sam and Donna begin a secret, forbidden relationship of their own.

In every sense, there is a stalemate between the families and the researchers, and nobody even knows it.

TO LIVE IN A JUNGLE

Hoyt Volker runs the biggest human trafficking and drug peddling operation in the pacific. With the help of his right-hand men—Vaas Montenegro, the pirate leader, Bambi “Buck” Hughes, Hoyt’s own personal hitman, and Sam Becker, an undercover CIA operative that’s been masquerading as one of Hoyt’s top Privateer men for several years—Hoyt has managed to overtake the entirety of the Rook Islands, a chain of land that doesn’t exist in any map, to keep his crooked capitalist empire alive and well-founded on the bodies, living and dead, of thousands.

However, everything about their operations gets a bit more complicated following the formal meeting of Hoyt with one of his closest business allies, and the arrival of a new recruit in his underlings who quickly proves herself a reminder that everyone is more delicately interconnected than they seem. (Timeline encompasses before, during, and post-game events.)

WHERE IS MY MIND

Night City is a veritable cesspool of criminal activity. No one is above it. At the lowest level, gangs run carved up sectors of the city in territories, fighting and vying for power. Among them are the Pirates—a unique gang run by the borderline cyberpsycho, Vaas Montenegro, and his merry band of bloodthirsty metal junkies. Overseeing him is Hoyt Volker, a tyrant, drug lord, and distributor of all things dark operating from a small series of isles in the NC harbor known as the Rook Islands. Hoyt controls the other major faction of his operations, the Privateers—the lot of which include infamous mercenary, sadist, and XBD distributor Bambi "Buck" Hughes and undercover Militech agent Sam Becker. Even the corps have their own bites in the city. At the very top, the heads of Kang Tao, Pagan Min and his sister Yuma Lau, control major portions of the manufacturing and distribution of parts, and Yaran dictator and head of BioTechnica, Anton Castillo, controls large swaths of the implant and medical markets. Anyone hoping to find themselves refuge beyond the city are low on their luck as well. To the West, the Nomads warn of a place known as "the no-man's land"; Hope County.

A deep-set series of desert valleys and rivers with a few sprawling oases capable of sustaining life, the region is dominated by a militaristic doomsday cult known as the Project at Eden's Gate. Spearheaded by self-proclaimed prophet Joseph Seed and his heralds that claim the end is coming, this cult has been locked in a ferocious conflict with the local Nomad population that had initially decided to try and make the region a permanent home. And to the South, the border between NC and what remains of the Southern US down into Mexico is populated by cartel families and drug manufacturers that keep a steady supply flowing into the city from below. The names Salamanca and Fring are common to the Nomads, but you'll be hard-pressed to find any actual links back to the source of your glitter once it's in the city. Don't be fooled by the glittering lights. This town is just as filthy as it's always been, from top to bottom.

WORLD IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND

This verse is a four-way crossover between Far Cry (3-5), Grand Theft Auto (IV and V), Fallout, and Welcome to the Game, and is an extension of the To Live in a Jungle Verse.

Taking place after the events of Far Cry 3, Hoyt, Vaas, and Buck all survived their encounters with Jason Brody. While Jason’s friends returned home, he stayed behind and vanished to try and live out his changed life in the jungle with his new partner. The infamous trio of the Rook Island spent the next few years licking their wounds, rebuilding, and re-establishing connections with some other major crime lords with the help of their own partners.

Hoyt established connections with King of Kyrat Pagan Min and his sister and highest lieutenant, Yuma Lau, a mysterious man operating on the Eastern US coast named Adam, an arms and drug Kingpin on the Western US coast named Laverne, an up and coming drug tycoon with connections in Canada and Central and South America named Trevor, a hacker in the same area named LJT, and the operator of a Russian assassination business by the name of Mikhail. Together, the seven heads have taken a grip on the entire world, dealing in various illicit services ranging from peddling, gunrunning, and trafficking to assassinations, snuff filming, and political siege.

Continuing to go untouched in the interim, Hoyt scouted a scientist by the name of Dala who was regarded as a prolific scientist in the development of war technologies. While initially going to be sold, Dala was brought aboard in an attempt to boost technology for the crime lords and their businesses. In 2018, after the detonation of a nuclear warhead in Hope County, Montana, tensions escalated between the powers of the world. A war between the U.S. and China broke out, starting off cold but quickly growing hot, with routine bombing leaving many places on the West Coast badly damaged.

WRITTEN IN THE STARS

This verse is a continuation/expansion of V; READINGS OF THE DAMNED and V; DAMNATIO MEMORIAE.

As the Agency amasses new members, and makes alliances with various government organizations, the presence of one unique member opens up a whole new world of interest. Quite literally. An anomaly by the name of Kayla White has the power to open up transdimensional rifts when experiencing intense emotions. Granted, it's supposed to be a sort of defense mechanism, but when it brings about the crashing of a ship in the nearby forest, eyebrows are raised.

It begins with the accidental summoning of Din Djarin and his foundling, Din Grogu. Left unable to return to the Covenant to plan the assault on Mandalore, the pair linger in the Agency and provide a helping hand where needed. Shortly after, in a burst of excitement, the famed bounty hunter Boba Fett is pulled through to the other side, where he decides to take on the responsibility of taking down (another) corrupt leader. Sheriff Winters, his department, and their mayor are in his sights. With him came Fennec Shand, his right hand. And, as if that weren't enough, the excitement from retaking the town and narrowing the Agency's focus to the cult has pulled through a strong Mandalorian warrior... and apparent rival to Din Djarin: Paz Vizsla. Thankful he escaped a turbulent, potentially life and death scenario, though confused by the sudden change in scenery, he reluctantly takes ranks along his new allies. They begin to form a plan to return to their home world, with the help of Kayla and crew, and form a permanent bridge that opens up a whole new series of possibilities.
